RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Stormberry, all sales are final. Because our products are custom printed on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of the design.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund on a damaged or incorrect item:
- You must contact us at shop@stormberry.net within 5 days of your tracking number showing delivered
- You must include clear photo evidence of the damage or defect
- Your order number must be included in your message
Approved claims will receive either a replacement item or a full refund at our discretion. We do not require you to return the damaged item.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 3 business days as packages are sometimes delayed after showing delivered.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Sizing
Please review our size guides carefully before ordering as we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.
