Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform.

SECTION 14 — CUSTOM MAT TERMS

This section applies to custom mat purchases made after these terms are published and presented to you before purchase. It does not apply retroactively to earlier orders.

Custom designs and non-exclusive purchases

Stormberry retains the rights it owns in its existing mat layouts, artwork, branding and design tools. Rights in licensed materials remain with their respective owners. Choosing colors, patterns or other available options, or buying a custom mat, does not transfer those existing intellectual property rights to you or give you exclusive rights to a design.

You understand that the design configuration of a custom mat you purchase may also be offered to other customers without your custom wording or personal identifiers. Stormberry's own branding and signatures remain part of the design. To the extent you own any rights in your selection or arrangement of the available design options, you grant Stormberry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, irrevocable to the extent permitted by applicable law and lasting for the duration of those rights, to reproduce, adapt, display, advertise, manufacture, distribute and sell that configuration without your custom wording or personal identifiers. Stormberry may authorize its service providers to use that configuration for those purposes. No attribution or payment is owed to you for those permitted uses. This permission applies to purchased custom designs; saving a draft alone does not grant it.

Your custom wording

You retain any rights you have in wording you supply. You give Stormberry and its fulfillment providers permission to reproduce that wording to make and deliver your order and provide related customer service. The design-reuse permission above does not include your custom wording, your name or other personal identifiers. Stormberry will obtain separate permission before using your personalized wording or identity to market a product.

You must have the permissions needed for the wording you request. These terms do not transfer someone else's rights or grant rights that you or Stormberry do not hold. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Custom mat discounts

Custom mats are not eligible for promotional discounts.
