SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times
We carry two types of products with different processing times:
Self-Defense Keychains (in-stock items) Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Custom Print-on-Demand Items (apparel, accessories, home goods, swimwear, etc.) These items are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Processing time is 2-10 business days before shipment. Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons.
Orders containing both product types will ship separately.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed to USPS.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stormberry is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please wait 2-3 business days as packages can sometimes be delayed after showing delivered.
For packages that remain missing, please file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. If you would like the order re-shipped, a $5 re-shipment fee will apply.
If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, please contact us right away at shop@stormberry.net and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
International Orders
We ship internationally on select items. Stormberry is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
